Terms and Conditions for Project Tourism Lottery Programme:

  1. Eligibility: 

1.1 The Project Tourism Lottery Programme ("the Programme") is open to individuals who are legal residents of Nigeria and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

1.2 Employees, agents, and representatives of Project Tourism Lottery Programme, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Programme.

  1. Entry: 

2.1 Participants may enter the Programme by purchasing a lottery ticket from authorized retailers or by participating in online ticket sales through the official Programme website. 

2.2 Each lottery ticket purchased constitutes one entry into the Programme. 

2.3 Participants must provide accurate and complete information when purchasing lottery tickets. Any false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Programme.

  1. Drawings: 

3.1 The Programme will conduct periodic random drawings to select winners. 

3.2 The date, time, and location of each drawing will be announced in advance on the official Programme website and through other promotional channels. 

3.3 The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received prior to the drawing.

  1. Prizes: 

4.1 The prizes awarded in the Programme may vary and will be announced prior to each drawing. 

4.2 Prize values, descriptions, and other details will be specified in the official Programme rules and regulations.

4.3 Winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with the receipt of prizes.

  1. Notification

5.1 Winners will be notified by email, phone, or other contact methods provided at the time of entry. 

5.2 Winners must respond to the notification within a specified timeframe to claim their prizes. Failure to respond within the designated period may result in forfeiture of the prize.

  1. Verification: 

6.1 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and other eligibility criteria before receiving their prizes. 

6.2 Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

  1. Publicity: 

7.1 By participating in the Programme, winners consent to the use of their names, likenesses, photographs, and other personal information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

7.2 Winners may be required to participate in media interviews, press releases, and other promotional activities as requested by the Programme organizers.

  1. Disqualification: 

8.1 The Programme reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the Programme rules, engages in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise undermines the integrity of the Programme. 

8.2 Decisions regarding eligibility, prize awards, and other matters related to the Programme are final and binding.

  1. Limitation of Liability: 

9.1 The Programme organizers, their affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Programme or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prizes. 9.2 Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Programme organizers from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Programme.

  1. Governing Law: 

10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 10.2 Any disputes arising out of or related to the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

By participating in the Project Tourism Lottery Programme, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any other rules or regulations established by the Programme organizers. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the Programme and forfeiture of any prizes won.
